Merchant of Record (MoR)
The legal seller of record on the buyer's receipt. With Tescommerce MoR, buyers pay Tescommerce; you receive payouts after fees.
Why it matters
If you cannot open Stripe or Shopify Payments in your country, MoR is often the only way to accept international cards legally under another entity.
What you still do
You fulfill orders, set prices and run the storefront. Tescommerce handles the payment step and many cross-border tax collection cases.
