Merchant of Record (MoR)
The legal seller of record on the buyer's receipt. With Tescommerce MoR, buyers pay Tescommerce; you receive payouts after fees.

A forced reversal of a card payment initiated by the buyer's bank after a dispute — not the same as a friendly refund you issue yourself.
